Refund Policy
You pay once for Phase 0 and Phase 1, and nothing renews. The payment is final, except where the law gives you a refund.
1. Nothing to cancel
The payment is a single charge, not a subscription. There is no renewal to cancel and you will not be charged again for Phase 0 and Phase 1.
2. When you can get a refund
We do not refund a payment because the course turned out not to suit you. Unit 0.1 is free, so read it before you buy. Every unit opens as soon as you pay, and you confirm that at checkout.
The exception is a refund the law gives you. Paddle sells the course as our Merchant of Record, and its Buyer Terms set out when a buyer can cancel. Where they, or the consumer law of your country, give you a refund, you get it.
If you think that applies to you, send an email to support@keelacademy.com from your account email. When the refund goes through, your access to Phase 1 units ends. Unit 0.1 stays free.
3. Payment processor
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.
Depending on your bank, refunded money usually appears in your account within 3 to 7 business days.
